I was born and raised in Marion County. I know which back road gets flooded after a summer storm, which golf community's HOA is actually pleasant to deal with, and which neighborhoods appreciate quietly year after year while the rest of the state makes headlines. That kind of knowledge does not come from a license class. It comes from growing up here, watching it change, and working in it every day.
